Lost in the city

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to rome around the city wearing a gown? Well I did. 

A few days before prom, I decided to have a photoshoot in Bonifacio High Street. Not just any photoshoots with day to day outfits but I had my gown photoshoot. It was kind of a spur in the moment thing for me when I just thought why not have a photoshoot in the middle of street wearing a gown? 

And that's how this started.....

Those days

Do you have those days when you just want your day to be perfect but it didn't? Well this was one of those days. Prom wasn't what I expected it to be. I guess I just had a lot of expectations for that night that I ended up disappointed. But you know what? I had a realization. I was too busy preparing for that night that I've forgotten what prom is really for. Prom isn't just about dressing up and feeling like a princess. It's about spending time with your friends and experiencing that moment together where you just have fun and let loose on the dance floor. 

Pretending

Sometimes I like to pretend I'm someone else like pretending to be Kylie Jenner because it's easier to portray other people than portraying your own self. It's easier to just pretend and not have to face the reality of life. I often wonder what it feels like to be in someone else's shoes. I've thought of that question a lot and I always ended up feeling bad about myself......until an epiphany happened.
